As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 persons, coordinating their activities, and maintaining overall branch discipline. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving performance targets. The Supervisor oversees cash in hand closing processes, branch administration, and staff supervision to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. You must demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to motivate and guide the team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and accountability across all branch activities.
Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of 20 staff members, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination.
Oversee daily branch operations including cash handling, cash in hand closing, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at the branch level.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to branch activities, cash management, and team performance.
Identify operational issues or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve process flow.
Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members as required.
Facilitate effective communication between management and staff to promote a positive work environment.
Address and resolve customer service issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other branches or departments to ensure alignment of operational goals and initiatives.
Drive achievement of branch sales and service targets through team motivation and best practice implementation.
Ensure workplace safety and security procedures are followed rigorously by all team members.
Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and accountability in handling cash and financial transactions.
