Financial Tasks

1.       Make an arrangement of documents regarding Bank limit and any other financing facility.

2.       Provide a proper road map before taking any new decision regarding new step being taken in sense on ROI & Profit & Loss.

3.       Preparation of budgeted cash flow according to Demands and expected in & out flows.

4.       Trying to make maximum utilization of funds which are spare.

5.       Assuring the proper preparation of Financial Reports on timely basis with accurate results.

6.       Highlighting any Project/Dept. which are not generating Benefit/Profit.

7.       Keep in touch with Banks regarding regular documentations required by them.

8.       Working on Creditors Ledgers Balances verification and clearance of it if any difference exist.

9.       Have a close eye on maturing Invested remaining Payable and Arrangement of it.

10.   Manage all Company Outlets Cash and their Rental Payments.

11.   Figure out the dead Investment in kind of any shape.

Taxation Tasks

1.       Make sure the submission of Income Tax & Sales tax return on timely Basis.

2.       Ensuring the Due Standing invoices are being paid within due date.

3.       Keeping insight that notices are being Replied on timely Basis, & their record must be kept.

4.       Ensuring that all the stocks Invoices must be available and no Stock item should go in negative Balance.

5.       Proper list of Receivable and Payable should be maintain at every time.

6.       Make sure that WHT are being deducted by SPW deposited in FBR.

7.       Ensure all the deduction of WHT which are deducted by our customer either these are deposited in FBR in Account of SPW.

8.       Proper Management of Banks Credit according to Sales Declare in each Sales Tax Return.

9.       Needs to make maximum Routing of Dealer Payments towards vendors.

10.   Updating of white Amount against each business / Directors.

Legal Matters

1.       Proceeding of all kind of legal matters regarding properties.

2.       Working on any other tasks provided by directors.
