Tamadev Labs is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with at least five years of experience to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate is proficient in both frontend and backend development, capable of building seamless, efficient, and scalable web applications. This role requires a professional who communicates fluently in English and has a strong command of full stack technologies to deliver product solutions that meet business objectives and user needs. As a Full Stack Engineer at Tamadev Labs, you will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications while collaborating closely with product managers and designers. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the candidate must work effectively within an agile environment, contributing ideas and solutions independently and within cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using both frontend and backend technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and standards.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance and reliability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them faithfully.
Participate fully in agile processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Communicate effectively in English within the team and with stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.
