We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory General Manager to oversee overall factory operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency in line with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure timely production while adhering to local labor and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and HR coordination.
Ensure production targets are achieved within cost, time, and quality standards.
Implement and monitor lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Enforce compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor plant performance KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
Ensure effective coordination between departments (production planning, QA, etc.).
Manage factory budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Build and maintain a strong, motivated team through leadership, training, and performance management.
Liaise with top management to align factory operations with business objectives.
