Talentier is seeking a skilled Video Editor with at least two years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in various video editing software and demonstrates expertise in essential post-production techniques such as color correction, grading, and visual effects integration. This role focuses on crafting compelling visual stories through meticulous editing, motion graphics, and audio mixing. The candidate effectively collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality video content. The Video Editor will work closely with content creators and producers to transform raw footage into polished videos that engage and inform target audiences. While this position does not involve managing a team, strong individual accountability and a proactive approach to project collaboration are crucial. The role demands a combination of technical skill and creative vision, with an emphasis on maintaining consistency in style and enhancing viewer experience throughout the editing process.
Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage to create cohesive and engaging stories that meet project objectives and quality standards.
Perform precise color correction and grading to enhance the visual tone and mood of the videos.
Incorporate motion graphics and animations to complement the narrative and increase viewer engagement.
Conduct audio editing and mixing to ensure clear sound quality and proper synchronization with visual elements.
Integrate visual effects, including green screen keying, to improve the overall production value.
Collaborate effectively with producers, directors, and other creative team members to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Develop and refine storyboards to organize the flow and structure of video projects before editing begins.
Manage project files and workflow efficiently using tools such as DaVinci Resolve and other video editing software.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and technologies to continually enhance editing techniques.
Review finished videos for technical consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video and audio quality to ensure final outputs meet professional standards.
