About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Education Sales Representatives who are fluent in English, Pushto or Dari. You will play a crucial role in driving the enrolment growth by promoting our range of courses to prospective students and creating meaningful relationships with them. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and can effectively communicate the value of our courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients to explain our courses and services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our educational products
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and/or Pushto/Dari
- Prior sales experience in the education sector preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
