Accounts Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations(bookkeeping)including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, Tax Preparations & Compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including Invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and file Sales Tax Returns for each month.
Maintain accurate financial reports and accounting records.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/Inventory-Stocklist.
Process and maintain records of payments, receipts, and financial transactions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Handle petty cash management and reimbursement processes.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.

NOTE;- A Bonus is applicable for each year on the filling and submission of Income Tax/Advance Tax returns at the end of each fiscal year.
