As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create engaging content (graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each platform.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
Organize and promote social media campaigns and contests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
