Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and integration of ERP and ZABDesk systems.
Oversee the implementation and expansion of ERP systems across multiple SZABIST University campuses, ensuring seamless system integration and consistent functionality.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and university management to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
Ensure all software development and IT operations comply with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and institutional policies.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical guidelines to support continuity and knowledge sharing.
Develop and enhance system components and modules, adhering to high-quality coding and testing standards.
Identify potential risks in software development and IT infrastructure, taking proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Drive cost-effective technology solutions to optimize resource usage and reduce operational expenses.
Coordinate and manage semester activities, including the opening and closing processes and generation of academic reports related to semesters.
Provide timely and effective software training sessions for staff and faculty members to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team of two software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
Execute additional tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management, contributing to organizational goals.
