Record Officer

We are looking for a skilled & proactive Record Officer. The ideal candidate shall be responsible, reliable and willing to contribute to make SZABIST a better place to work. He/She should be highly efficient, organized and approachable.

Proofreading of drafts of final transcripts and pass certificates, verify the contents and ensure that there is no error in the draft.
Prepare and update the list of abbreviations from HO approved previous degree titles from the signed transcripts.
To prepare and update list of graduates well before the annual convocation.
Receiving and maintaining record of FT/PC sheets.
Verification of course codes and course title after completion of course offering and maintain the soft copy. (5th Week)
Maintaining softcopies of roadmaps for all programs.
Checks & verifies the final transcripts and pass certificates of students and ensures that there is no error.
Verifying and posting of recap sheets / results
Active participation in convocation related activities.
Address queries of the students on telephone, email and in person as well.
