Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position specifically for candidates based in Pakistan. As an Administrative Assistant at SZ Accounting Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. File tax returns and assist with tax-related documentation. Taking clients' calls and ensuring the best services. Apart from financing services, you will have to create content for our Shopify websites and manage social media to create articles, posts, and images.

Responsibilities:

  •  Support the day-to-day administrative operations of SZ Accounting Services
  •  Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  •  Assist in organizing virtual events, conferences, and webinars.
  •  Manage social media platforms to develop and execute content strategies, including writing articles, creating posts, and designing images.
  •  Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  •  Assist with basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and record-keeping.
  •  Conduct research and gather data to support business initiatives.
  •  Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
  •  Create engaging content for our Shopify websites to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  •  Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  •  Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  •  Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite).
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  •  Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  •  High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
