We are looking for a skilled Systems Security Specialist to strengthen and protect our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing effective security controls, continuously monitoring systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with established information security standards. This position is essential in safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets while supporting the organization’s overall security strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system security controls to protect the IT environment from threats.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and security reviews to detect potential risks.
- Investigate security incidents promptly and take appropriate actions to mitigate threats.
- Implement and enforce security policies and access control measures across all organizational systems.
- Ensure compliance with endpoint and server security requirements to maintain a secure infrastructure.
- Analyze security logs regularly and recommend corrective measures to address identified issues.
- Maintain accurate, detailed security documentation and generate reports as needed.
- Promote and support the adoption of information security best practices throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Information or Systems Security.
- Possession of a recognized System Security Certification is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in system security and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management and access control protocols.
- Proficiency in security monitoring tools and incident response procedures.
- Solid understanding of security compliance standards and requirements.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Compensation and Work Location
- Salary: Rs1.00 per month.
- Work Location: Hybrid remote arrangement based in Karachi, Gulshan-E-Iqbal.
