IT Engineers (3 engineers required will work in shifts and as per UK time) who can perform below tasks.
1. Microsoft 365 Admin Center Management (account creation/deletion, license management)
2. Azure Ad/ Endpoint Management.
3. Device Management via Microsoft Endpoint
4. Remote support to end users
5. SharePoint management
6. Basic trouble shooting on devices via remote support.
7. Manage support tickets by resolving the issues or escalating timely.
Applicant must be well aware of the above tasks and should stay up to date with IT knowledge. must be fluent in English speaking.
