Interior Designer

Syrrab Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 6 professionals, overseeing all aspects of interior design projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong client communication skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating those into innovative, functional, and visually appealing interior solutions that align with the companys standards of excellence. As the team leader, the Interior Designer will foster a collaborative environment, mentoring team members and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. The position demands a comprehensive understanding of design principles, material selection, space planning, and current trends in interior design. The successful candidate will balance creativity with practicality, ensuring every project meets both artistic and functional goals while adhering to client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 6 interior design professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Develop innovative and practical design concepts that meet client needs and align with Syrrab Homes quality standards.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure timely project completion.
Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, lighting, and finishes.
Ensure all interior design projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies to provide clients with modern solutions.
Prepare and present comprehensive project documentation including drawings, mood boards, and cost estimates.
Oversee installation and final styling to guarantee the highest standards and client satisfaction.
Resolve design issues promptly, adjusting plans as needed while maintaining the project vision and goals.
