We arew searching for an Office Administrator to join our team!

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator located in Lahore. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication, customer service, and office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis. 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Assist with general duties related to operational budgets, invoices, cost management.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including task management, calendar management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring efficient collaboration among team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
