The individual will be responsible for the following tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager, senior management, and CEO:

  • Assist in the review of forecasts and planning for upcoming projects of all agencies.
  • Assist in the identification of potential projects of interest.
  • Assist in developing a business development plan.
  • Assist in the identification of potential consortium partners for the identified projects.
  • Assist in developing and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
  • Representing the company with clients as instructed/approved by the senior management.
  • Any other task assigned by the senior management, CEO.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in verbal & written English, Pashto, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication in interpersonal skills.

Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or above.
  • Consulting experience will be preferred.
