Synarome Manufacturing Co (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a good personality, confidence, and strong proficiency in data entry and typing, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of various computer-based tasks. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth computer operations and supporting daily administrative workflows within the company.
The Computer Operator is responsible for managing computer systems and ensuring timely data processing in accordance with company standards. Although this role does not involve team management, the candidate must work effectively both independently and collaboratively. The successful applicant will utilize their strong typing speed and accuracy to support documentation, reporting, and digital record-keeping essential for operational success.
Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update electronic records, databases, and files according to company protocols.
- Monitor computer equipment and report technical issues promptly to the IT department for resolution.
- Prepare and organize digital documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy and formatting.
- Assist in generating routine and special reports based on data collected and processed.
- Manage daily backups of important files to prevent data loss and support disaster recovery efforts.
- Support administrative and operational teams by providing timely data retrieval and processing services.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled during data entry and system operations.

- Continuously improve typing speed and accuracy through regular practice and adherence to company quality standards.
