Syed Communication Network is seeking an experienced Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant field experience and possesses strong technical skills in network installation, troubleshooting, fiber optic technology, and signal testing. This position requires basic knowledge of tools and wiring, along with a commitment to punctuality and responsibility. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various communication systems, including wireless communication, CCTV camera installations, and fire alarm wiring. The role involves ensuring equipment is functioning optimally and resolving network issues efficiently. This role involves managing a team of three persons, requiring leadership skills to coordinate tasks effectively and maintain high productivity. The Technician will also handle complex activities such as fiber optic splicing and intercom system installation. This position is critical for supporting the infrastructure that enables reliable communication services and requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and hands-on technical expertise.
Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network systems including routers, wireless communication devices, and LAN cabling.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on network equipment and communication systems to ensure reliable operation.
Conduct fiber optic splicing, cable testing, termination, and maintenance activities with precision.
Test and verify signal quality for wireless and wired communication networks to ensure optimal performance.
Install and maintain security systems such as CCTV cameras and intercom systems.
Carry out fire alarm wiring installations according to established safety standards and company protocols.
Supervise and lead a team of three technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient work completion.
Document and report on installation activities, maintenance work, and any network issues encountered.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition to support ongoing field operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards during all work activities.
Provide timely response and resolution for network faults or failures to minimize service interruptions.
Collaborate with management to optimize installation processes and improve service quality.
