SyB Business Ecosystem is seeking a diligent Lawyer to provide expert legal guidance and representation. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in legal research, contract drafting, litigation, case management, and client counseling. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the law to ensure accurate interpretation and application of legal principles in various situations. The Lawyer will work independently to deliver legal advice, prepare legal documents, and support the organization's business objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The Lawyer will play a critical role in managing legal cases from inception to resolution, handling disputes, and negotiating agreements. While this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple cases simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential for advising clients effectively and collaborating with internal departments to mitigate legal risks and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to stay current on laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the companys interests.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders on a variety of legal issues.
- Manage litigation processes, including case preparation, filing documents, attending hearings, and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.
- Evaluate potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and dispute resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of case files, correspondence, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing company policies to minimize legal risk and promote ethical practices.
