Relationship Officer

Swipetify invites motivated and energetic individuals to join our dynamic international outbound tele-sales team targeting the UAE market. As a Relationship Officer, you will work on-site at our Karachi office, engaging directly with prospective clients through outbound calls to promote premium products and services. This full-time role offers a 9-hour day shift aligned with UAE timings and is ideal for individuals with a strong command of English and Urdu, a persuasive communication style, and a passion for sales. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, and consistently meeting sales targets. The role emphasizes professional communication, accurate documentation of client interactions, and maintaining the sales pipeline. Training and ongoing coaching are provided to support your development and ensure you succeed in a high-energy telemarketing environment. This position does not require team management experience but demands a committed and target-driven approach to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE to introduce and promote Swipetify's premium products and services.
Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and actively listening to develop solutions that meet those needs.
Effectively present product features and benefits to persuade prospects and close sales deals.
Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain professional client relationships through clear, courteous, and engaging communication.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, client information, sales pipeline status, and follow-up activities using the companys CRM tools.
Participate in training sessions and coaching programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Work collaboratively with the team and management to meet overall campaign goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Demonstrate punctuality and dedication to work schedules and shift timings aligned with UAE business hours.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales interactions.
