Skills: The Service Manager is responsible for managing and motivating staff while maintaining a service operation. The Service Manager will oversee the completion of tasks performed in our dealership's Service section.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations skills
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Working knowledge of Service maintenance operations.
  • Provide delegation of workshop responsibilities and hold people accountable.
  • Individuals will coordinate daily work duties,
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by Management
  • 3 - 5 years of service management experience required
  • Proficiency in the use of all tools of the trade.
  • Strong written/oral communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

Salary:  50 K to 100 K
