Surveyor Total Station

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Surveyor Total Station to join our team in Karachi. This role involves conducting land and construction surveys, performing mechanical fabrication leveling tasks, and operating Total Station equipment for accurate spatial data collection. The position requires interpreting topographical information, calibrating surveying instruments, preparing detailed reports, and verifying data in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and practical experience to support various surveying and construction-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and construction surveys using Total Station and related equipment.
- Perform mechanical fabrication leveling and ensure precision in measurements.
- Collect spatial data accurately and interpret topographical features.
- Calibrate and maintain surveying instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports based on survey findings and field data.
- Verify survey data through on-site field checks and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to support project requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all field operations.
- Travel as required to various project sites within the region.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech. or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Total Station operation and land surveying.
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and software for data collection and analysis.
- Strong understanding of topographical interpretation and mechanical leveling techniques.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation related to survey activities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in construction and mechanical fabrication environments is highly desirable.

- Willingness to work morning shifts and travel to different project locations as needed.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month.
