Suraj Fertilizer seeks an experienced IT Network Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the companys network systems and servers to ensure smooth and secure operations. This position requires a strong understanding of network configuration, network security, and server management. The role involves identifying and resolving network issues promptly, implementing security measures, and performing regular data backups to protect the organizations information assets. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience to effectively contribute to the stability and security of the IT infrastructure. The Network Administrator will work independently as this role does not include team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting complex network problems. They will play a critical role in safeguarding the companys data and ensuring uninterrupted network performance by applying best practices in network security and maintenance.
Responsibilities

Maintain and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to optimize system performance.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the network from unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Perform regular backups of critical data and verify successful completion to ensure data integrity.
Manage server administration tasks including installation, patching, and upgrades to maintain operational efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve network problems, including connectivity issues and hardware malfunctions.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to plan and execute network system improvements and expansions.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices regarding network security and data protection.
Assist users with network-related issues and provide technical support as needed.
