Supply Chain Specialist

Comtanix, a rapidly growing BPO located in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to join their team. This role suits a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and financial skills, the ability to work independently, and efficiently manage procurement operations to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), invoices, and detailed purchase reports, including cost analysis
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate procurement records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and terms
- Conduct regular audits on import and export documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate closely with sales and procurement teams to optimize processes and workflows
- Perform market price checks and verify adherence to company policies and procurement standards

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and computer literacy to handle data management and reporting tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or supply chain management
- Experience in managing vendor payments, contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, ERP configuration, and Microsoft Office applications
- Residency in Rawalpindi and willingness to work night shifts as per the job requirements

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with expertise in revenue analysis, purchase order management, and contract negotiation will be highly regarded. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
