We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

You will have a strong eye for detail and the ability for system 2 thinking
You will be responsible to drive process transformation projects through streamlining, simplification, standardization and automation of the Operational processes across products and geographies
You will have an aptitude to deconstruct a complex and ambiguous business problem, synthesize information, and leverage process engineering principles and mindset to come up with an approach and sustainable solution

Your key responsibilities

Define, measure, analyze and document current state processes
Create al document template assets needed by the business process
Standardise and simplify business processes in readiness for digital automation

Your skills and experience

Understanding of Digital Process Automation capability and appropriate suitability to a given business area
Stakeholder engagement, Design Thinking, and requirements definition
Bachelor's engineering degree (mandatory)
