Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping & Analysis: Examine and document current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and recommend improvements, solutions, and best practices that streamline workflows and align with organizational goals.

  • Data-Driven Insight: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making, including the design and implementation of KPIs to measure performance and success.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, Operations, Finance, and more—to gather requirements, obtain feedback, and ensure proposed changes meet business needs.

  • Change Management: Communicate updates and improvements clearly, guiding stakeholders through transitions and ensuring user adoption of new processes.

  • Documentation & Training: Create clear and concise documentation, process manuals, and training materials. Mentor teams in understanding, embracing, and maintaining improved processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to dissect complex workflows, identify root causes, and recommend logical, data-driven solutions.

  • Process Improvement Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or other structured approaches to business process redesign.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using productivity and analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, project management software) and willing to learn new tech as needed.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings, draft reports, and deliver presentations to non-technical audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with multiple teams, understanding varying perspectives, and blending their insights into cohesive solutions.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting current processes, ensuring accuracy, and following through on proposed improvements.

  • Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities, learn quickly, and manage multiple ongoing projects effectively while working remotely.
