Responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate must have a Good Personality
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals
Ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses and written replies
Organize files, answer phones and perform the assigned miscellaneous tasks
Should have good command on the English language
Proficient in ENGLISH reading and letter writing
Must be punctual/hardworking and knowledge of general office procedures
Qualification minimum BA / Equivalent
Candidates having B.E./BS Engg./ BSCS/MSCS/BS IT/MS IT/MBA/ BBA /B.Com/M.Com are highly encouraged to apply
