Front Desk Officer

The duties will include administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people visiting the office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Good To Have:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills

Requirements:

Must have good personality
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Qualifications:

Fresh / Pursuing or recently obtained a degree in B.A., B.Sc. BS, Engineering, MBA, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Economics or a related field
