We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive growth and help expand our software development company to new heights. Our company needs the help of an expert who is capable of taking us to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage both B2B and B2C prospects.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client issues.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients through phone and email outreach, including cold calling.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in cold calling, lead generation & telemarketing.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace apps.
  • Knowledgeable in using CRM software to manage and track client interactions.
  • Quick to learn and implement new tools and software.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Capable of thinking on your feet to handle dynamic situations.
  • Skilled at communicating value and reaching decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Note: The base pay is not fixed. Compensation will increase based on your demonstrated skills and performance in hitting sales targets. High achievers have ample opportunity for growth!
