Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Present and explain Summa Marketing's real estate marketing services and packages effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing and design team to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay informed about current market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Lahore.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
