Stylo Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in training program development, instructional design, and the use of a Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for overseeing a team of four training professionals, guiding them in the creation of engaging content that enhances employee skills and performance. In this role, you will leverage the ADDIE model and effective content management strategies to ensure all learning experiences are effective and beneficial to our workforce. Retail experience is essential to understand our unique training needs and challenges, facilitating the design of relevant and impactful training solutions that directly support our business objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the strategic needs of Stylo Pvt Ltd.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Design and create effective training materials and curricula, utilizing the ADDIE model to ensure a systematic approach.
  • Manage a team of four training professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee the integration and utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training delivery and track learner progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates employees to participate and develop their skills.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into training initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report on training outcomes and provide insights to management, showcasing the value and impact of training efforts.
