Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage dispatch operations & transportation.
- Assign and schedule drivers for pickups, drop-offs, and other assignments.
- Monitor driver routes and schedules for efficiency and timely service.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding assignments and responsibilities.
- Implement and enforce company dispatch policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Requirements:
- Intermediate/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in dispatch management, preferably in industry or logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
