Sales Officer

Style Group of Industries is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join their dynamic sales team supporting its Lahore and Islamabad offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the construction or paint industries, and hold at least a graduate degree or an MBA in Marketing. This role involves driving sales growth through effective lead generation, accurate sales forecasting, and thorough product knowledge. The Sales Officer plays a crucial role in expanding the customer base and achieving revenue targets by engaging directly with clients and understanding their needs without managing a team.
Responsibilities
The Sales Officer actively generates new business leads and nurtures relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities. They conduct market research to understand customer demands and preferences, preparing customized sales strategies accordingly. The role requires regular visits to client locations, presenting products and solutions clearly to potential clients, and negotiating terms to close sales effectively. The Sales Officer carefully monitors sales performance and prepares detailed sales forecasts, providing insights and reports to senior management to guide strategic planning. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and product developments is critical to maintaining a competitive advantage.
