Internal Audit Executive

Style Group of Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Internal Audit Executive with a minimum of three years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate has completed Article-Ship from a Chartered Accountant firm or holds an MCOM/MBA in Finance. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Internal Audit Executive plays a critical role in identifying potential risks, analyzing data for irregularities, and supporting the organization in maintaining sound financial and operational practices. This position requires hands-on experience with audit processes, including branch audits, pre-audits, functional audits, investigations, and market surveys. The candidate will utilize ERP systems and audit software to perform detailed internal controls evaluation and testing. While this role does not involve team management responsibilities, the Internal Audit Executive must work collaboratively with various departments to promote transparency and mitigate risks effectively.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive branch audits, pre-audits, and functional audits to evaluate internal controls and compliance.
Perform detailed investigations and market surveys to support audit findings and enhance audit quality.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, irregularities, and potential risks that could impact the organization.
Utilize ERP systems and audit software proficiently to streamline audit processes and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Test internal controls rigorously to confirm their effectiveness in safeguarding assets and maintaining data integrity.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with various departments within the manufacturing organization to facilitate the audit process and implement improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and professional standards throughout audit engagements.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to internal auditing in the manufacturing sector.
Support senior auditors and management by providing accurate data and insights to assist in decision-making.
