We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Recruitment and Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with consultant agents, promoting our services, and increasing international student enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit consultant agents who can refer students to StudyWeg. Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and maintain regular communication to ensure a strong working relationship.
  • Represent StudyWeg’s brand to promote our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students through presentations and local marketplace promotions.
  • Increase international student enrollment by recruiting from diverse regions. Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize outreach.
  • Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality standards are met.
  • Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms, delivering key messages, and encouraging engagement from potential and current students.
  • Draft comprehensive contracts for agents and partner universities. Ensure that each partnership has a signed paper contract to be considered valid.
  • Identify and communicate innovative ideas or techniques to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor and report on competitor activities and strategies.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by the Employer that are reasonable and customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international student recruitment and partnership development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms for communication and engagement.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to represent the company in various forums.
  • Ability to draft comprehensive contracts and manage partnerships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as required.
