Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support students' academic and personal development.
Listen actively and empathetically to students' concerns, offering guidance and appropriate interventions.
Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with educational staff and families.
Manage and lead a team of five counselors or support personnel to deliver coordinated counseling services.
Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and reports on student progress, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to identify students in need of counseling services.
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' emotional, social, and academic needs.
Coordinate consultation processes with external agencies or specialists as required.
Organize and lead training sessions or workshops aimed at promoting student well-being.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in all counseling and documentation activities.
Monitor and review counseling strategies to enhance service effectiveness.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in student counseling.
