Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support students' academic and personal development.
  • Listen actively and empathetically to students' concerns, offering guidance and appropriate interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with educational staff and families.
  • Manage and lead a team of five counselors or support personnel to deliver coordinated counseling services.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and reports on student progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to identify students in need of counseling services.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' emotional, social, and academic needs.
  • Coordinate consultation processes with external agencies or specialists as required.
  • Organize and lead training sessions or workshops aimed at promoting student well-being.
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in all counseling and documentation activities.
