Responsibilities:
- Student Visa Guidance: Provide expert guidance to students on the visa application process, including documentation, eligibility criteria, and interview preparations for various countries.
- Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and their parents to understand their educational and visa requirements.
- Application Processing: Assist students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
- Document Verification: Review and verify all visa-related documents to ensure compliance with the respective country's requirements.
- Interview Preparation: Offer coaching and guidance to students for visa interviews, helping them build confidence and readiness.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest changes in visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
- Social Media Management: Utilize your social media expertise to promote our services, engage with potential clients, and create informative content related to visa application processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or queries.
Qualifications:
- At least a Graduation Degree with Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Student Visa Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for popular study destinations.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the education consultancy sector is a plus.
