Student Counseling Network (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled IELTS/PTE English Language Instructor to join our educational team. The successful candidate will have a strong command of spoken and written English and specialize in preparing students for IELTS and PTE examinations. This role requires delivering comprehensive instruction that enhances students' language proficiency and exam strategies, enabling them to achieve their target scores. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the instructor plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive learning environment through effective classroom management and personalized guidance. The ideal instructor is experienced in lesson planning tailored to diverse learner needs, student assessment, and delivering engaging lessons focused on test preparation strategies, grammar instruction, pronunciation coaching, reading comprehension, and writing skills development. Proficiency in phonetics, accent reduction techniques, and language annotation tools are essential to support students in overcoming language barriers. Candidates with a British or American accent and relevant teaching certifications will have an advantage as we prioritize clear and effective communication to maximize student success.
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured lesson plans focused on IELTS and PTE test preparation, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking components.
Utilize language assessment techniques to evaluate students proficiency levels and design personalized learning strategies.
Coach students on pronunciation, accent reduction, and phonetic elements to improve spoken English clarity and confidence.
Provide grammar instruction that strengthens foundational language skills required for English language assessments.
Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain an engaging and productive learning environment.
Apply reading comprehension strategies to help students analyze and interpret passages efficiently under exam conditions.
Enhance writing skills development through targeted exercises, feedback, and practice on academic writing formats.
Use language annotation tools to support students in understanding complex grammar and vocabulary usage.
Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve steadily toward exam goals.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and educational best practices to ensure quality instruction.
Communicate effectively with students to build rapport, motivate learners, and address individual learning challenges.
Collaborate with academic staff and management to optimize curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
