We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Language Instructor with expertise in IELTS, PTE, and/or TOEFL exam preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, designing interactive lesson plans, assessing students’ progress, and helping learners achieve their target scores for international English language proficiency exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive classroom and/or online training sessions for IELTS, PTE, and/or TOEFL.
- Prepare customized lesson plans and practice materials tailored to students' needs and levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and guidance.
- Design and evaluate mock tests and provide test-taking strategies.
- Maintain attendance records and submit periodic performance reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest exam formats and training techniques.
- Create a motivating and learner-friendly classroom environment.
- Assist in curriculum development and course planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in IELTS/PTE/TOEFL preparation.
British/American accent & excellent command of the English language – spoken and written.
Strong understanding of IELTS/PTE/TOEFL exam formats, scoring criteria, and strategies.
Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred).
Ability to engage students of varying proficiency levels.
Proficient in using online teaching tools and digital platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and a student-centered approach.
