Field Officers will be responsible for complete field operations including identification, distribution of, and record of Relief activities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the field officer in Planning, implementation, and quality assurance of emergency program activities:
- Responsible for the implementation of emergency response and distribution projects in Gwadar
- Identification, distribution, implementation, Reporting, and monitoring of emergency project
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Implement emergency program activities by adopted plans and budgets
- Provide technical feedback/advice on designs, approaches, and structures to the team as and when required
- Attend cluster meetings in the field and participate actively
- Develop tools for assessments and conduct regular field visits for Pre/Post surveys, post-distribution monitoring, and implementation of emergency programs
- Develop and implement monitoring procedures to ensure quality control related to activities by partners in collaboration with communities and service providers.
- Ensure proper distribution of food and non-food items
Other
- Adhere to SPO policies promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values
- Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO
- Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor.
