Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for our consultants to discuss personalized website solutions.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK to introduce our website development services
Engage potential clients, answer basic queries, and build interest in our offerings
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for consultations with our website development experts
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up schedules in our CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or sales, especially in appointment setting or telemarketing for web design and development services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working remotely with access to a reliable internet connection
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate UK business times
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
