Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50 engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Design, develop, and implement software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze specifications, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Utilize a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable software.
Employ best practices in software development life cycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Integrate version control practices in your team's workflow to manage changes efficiently and maintain software integrity.
Conduct code reviews to evaluate team members contributions and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Implement and maintain testing and automation strategies to enhance software quality and reduce bug rates.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues that arise during the development process and in production environments.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skill sets and elevate the team's performance.
Contribute to the development of documentation and resources that facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to report on project progress and gather feedback for iterative development.
