We are looking for a smart and responsible Store Officer to support in store management daily operations in our Dyeing & Processing Unit . Gender: Male Main Responsibilities: Manage and supervise overall store operations for raw materials, chemicals, dyes, spare parts, and general store items. Ensure accurate stock records and timely issuance of materials to production. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase and Planning departments for material requirements. Maintain proper storage conditions for chemicals, dyes, and spare parts in accordance with safety and quality standards. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodology and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports with management. Supervise store staff and ensure safe handling of materials, drums, cartons, and containers to prevent leakage, damage, or spoilage. Oversee material receiving and returnable processes, including gate passes and coordination with transporters, to ensure smooth store operations. Maintain proper records and stock control of coal, LPG, and other production-related fuel/materials. Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of production chemicals, dyes, and auxiliaries. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Planning departments to ensure timely availability of chemicals, dyes, coal, LPG, and other required materials. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Monitor stock consumption, shortages, excess stock, wastage, and discrepancies and report them to management. Ensure proper labeling, identification, segregation, and stacking of chemicals, dyes, and other store materials. Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store area. Assist in stock audits and provide required records and documentation to management and auditors. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant management field (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the textile dyeing and processing industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures. Practical knowledge of textile dyes, production chemicals, auxiliaries, and their proper storage and handling. Basic knowledge of Coal, LPG, and other production fuel/materials used in Dyeing & Processing Units. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software will be an added advantage. Good understanding of stock reconciliation, physical inventory, FIFO, and material issuance procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, Planning, Accounts, and Transport departments. Knowledge of workplace safety and safe handling practices for chemicals and other hazardous materials. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
