STEM Facilitator

We are seeking a full-time, on-site STEM Facilitator based in Karachi to join our educational team. This role is ideal for an experienced educator with a passion for teaching and developing young learners in the fields of coding and robotics. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging STEM curriculum tailored to primary and middle-grade students, delivering lessons, and tracking student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes. This position offers a competitive monthly salary and requires a hands-on approach to both teaching and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design STEM curriculum focused on coding and robotics for primary and middle school students.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans that align with educational goals and student needs.
- Teach coding languages such as Python, Scratch, and C++ through interactive and practical sessions.
- Utilize robotics kits to provide hands-on learning experiences.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support to enhance learning.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
- Use MS Office tools for lesson planning, reporting, and communication purposes.

Required Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience, preferably in STEM education.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Scratch, and C++.
- Practical experience with robotics kits and integrating them into lessons.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and orderly learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
- Competency in MS Office applications for documentation and presentations.
