Statewide Risk Management is seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the adherence to insurance regulations and company policies within our commercial truck insurance brokerage operations. Positioned in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, this key role demands a proactive individual responsible for managing a team of 8 personnel. The Compliance Manager ensures all commercial truck insurance processes, documentation, and client records comply with regulatory standards while supporting management through detailed compliance reporting and internal audits. The successful candidate holds at least three years of relevant experience and preferably a masters degree in project management or business administration. This role requires strong aptitude in insurance documentation, risk management, and coordination with internal teams and external insurance carriers. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential to maintain accuracy, identify compliance risks, and recommend corrective actions within a fast-paced insurance brokerage environment.
Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all insurance regulations, company policies, and procedures related to commercial truck insurance.
  • Review insurance files, documentation, client applications, endorsements, and policy records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement corrective measures to mitigate these risks promptly.
  • Maintain detailed and organized compliance records and documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Coordinate effectively with insurance carriers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth policy management and adherence to requirements.
  • Manage and oversee renewals, cancellations, audits, and any policy modifications to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Support internal reviews and audits to assess compliance levels and drive continuous improvement in processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of eight compliance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Ensure all compliance processes align with applicable regulatory guidelines and company standards while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Stay current with changes in insurance laws, market trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to the U.S. commercial insurance sector to safeguard organizational compliance.
