Job Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for Customer Relation Officer/ Call Centre Agents for a UK-based House Moving Company.

  1. Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients
  2.  Customer Services Representative builds connections on behalf of the company.
  3.  Identify and evaluate customers' need to deliver satisfaction.
  4.  Maintain verbal and written correspondence with stakeholders.
  5.  Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive discussion.
  6.  Manage customer query and provide proper solutions within time limit.
