1. Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical systems, preferably within the footwear or consumer goods industry.
3. Proficient in CAD software for electro-mechanical design, analysis, and prototyping (preferred but not mandatory).
4. Strong grasp of electrical and mechanical systems integration within the context of footwear manufacturing.
5. Knowledgeable about footwear production processes, materials, and their electro-mechanical applications.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
8. Excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Expertise in designing and integrating electro-mechanical systems.
2. Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical prototyping and testing.
3. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
4. Project management experience within electro-mechanical systems development.
5. Meticulous attention to detail in electro-mechanical design and documentation.
6. A keen interest in staying updated with emerging electro-mechanical technologies.
7. Certification or licensure in relevant engineering disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
