You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes and maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to develop and implement effective production plans and inventory management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of production plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
  •  Implement inventory control procedures to accurately track inventory movements and minimize discrepancies.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production capacities, and identify potential bottlenecks.
  •  Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
