On the social media side, this position entails crafting, designing, writing captions, and implementing social media and email campaigns after approval of the president. Editing videos for social media. Seeking a proactive and ambitious go-getter who loves to create and come up with ideas and implement them. SEO knowledge and website design a plus.

Duties:

  • Confirming, setting up meetings, booking, cancelling, updating, reminding the president of meetings, appointments, and depositions.
  • Updating CRMs.
  • Contacting, scheduling and following up with clients and law firms·
  • Answering, screening, making phone calls to book appointments·
  • Uploading documents to database, creating reports, spreadsheets on Excel.
  • Updating databases
  • Filing, typing, printing, organizing files, etc.
  • Pleasantly and persistently getting in touch with the president, the social media manager and clients and court reporters
  • Assisting in the letterwriting and followup email writing and sending
  • Assisting the executive of her day-to-day duties.
