Staff Recruiter

PsychPlus is looking for a skilled Staff Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for U.S.-based positions and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining a smooth and professional recruitment process. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mass screening and shortlisting of candidates for U.S.-based job roles
- Efficiently manage a large volume of candidates to meet hiring demands
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely progress
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers for workflow transparency
- Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume or bulk hiring environments
- Strong skills in screening and interviewing with the ability to effectively assess candidate suitability
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while consistently meeting hiring targets
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) recruitment systems is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience recruiting specifically for U.S. healthcare roles is highly desirable
- Proficiency in LinkedIn for cold outreach and candidate headhunting
- Competitive salary starting from $500+ per month, depending on experience
- Full-time position with night shift hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Remote work opportunity, offering flexibility in location
- Immediate availability preferred for prompt onboarding

Candidates will be evaluated based on their prior experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare roles, their ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, salary expectations, and readiness to join the team. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs120,000 to Rs140,000, commensurate with experience.
